Marble, a technology company combining intelligent software, computer vision, AI, and advanced mechanical design to develop automated solutions for meat processors, is looking for an Account Manager with food industry experience to help develop and support its solutions. At Marble, you'll get to work with the latest technologies and improve the food supply chain.
As an Account Manager on the Marble team, you will represent Marble and be a go-to resource for customers’ operations teams. From start to finish in the customer journey, you’ll leverage your exceptional communication skills to be the bridge between the customer and Marble. You’ll visit customer facilities often and ask questions to understand customer pain points, document each facility’s unique processes and products, and capture in-plant data. You will be a representative of the customer to the Marble team. Your insight and expertise will be critical to product development and will influence decisions on product features.
From start to finish, you will be responsible for client relationships with Marble and will play a key role in ensuring Marble’s products are successfully and smoothly installed.
B.S. or M.S. degree in Meat/Food Science, Animal Science, or Agricultural Business, or equivalent experience
Experience in meat/food processing facilities, comfortable with safety protocols
Ability to travel up to 50%
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for Marble and the customers you will serve
Strong communication skills (in person, email, phone) with various project stakeholders
Comfortable accurately identifying beef primals and subprimals
Experience working with multi-disciplinary technology teams
Bilingual: Spanish
